Do I need to book?
Yes, all our services are by appointment only. You can conveniently book 60-minute sessions online. For 90-minute and 120-minute sessions, please reach out to us via text or email to arrange your appointment, as these durations are not available for online booking.
I have medical condition. Can I have massage?
While massage therapy offers numerous benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any health concerns, please consult with your doctor first. Examples of contraindications for massage include:
- Fever
- Blood clots
- Kidney or liver conditions
- Untreated cancer
- Inflammation
I am pregnant. Is massage safe?
Yes, massage is safe and beneficial during pregnancy. Please let us know in advance, as we will adjust the techniques and positioning to ensure your comfort and safety. If you are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, we request medical clearance before providing the service.
Do I need to remove clothes during massage?
It depends on the type of massage and your comfort level. If you prefer to keep your clothes on, just let us know! We can offer a dry massage which combines shiatsu and tuina massage techniques. Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing for this option.
Do you accept male customers?
Yes, while we primarily focus on women’s health, we welcome male clients who are existing clients or are referred by an existing female client.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer free onsite parking, and street parking is available nearby.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
Can I claim for a health rebate?
Yes, our remedial massage therapist is registered with all private health funds. We will issue a receipt for your remedial massage treatment, which you can use to claim online.
If I cannot make it?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you notify us within this timeframe, there’s no charge for rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
If I am late?
Please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but arriving late may shorten your appointment.
